All of my readers should know the rules to the “Caption of the Week,” but in case you do not, fear not, they are quite simple. With this photograph, you simply provide a “caption” in the comments section and I will scrape together the best at the end of the weekend to caption the actual photograph.

Well, since Senator John Kerry (D-Mass.) decided to announce that Judge Samuel Alito’s nomination should be filibustered from Switzerland, I could not find a better candidate for this week’s COTW.
